  • ResiSure Ltd — the technology provider for the ResiIQ environmental monitoring sensor and data platform. ResiSure processes sensor data on our behalf as a data processor under a written data processing agreement.
  • Email service providers — used to send confirmation and notification emails. These providers process your email address on our behalf.
  • Professional advisers — including lawyers, accountants, and insurers where necessary in the course of our business.
  • Regulatory authorities — where we are required by law to disclose information.

All third parties are required to respect the security of your personal data and to treat it in accordance with the law.

5. How Long We Keep Your Data

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, in accordance with our data retention policy:
